User categories
There are four categories of user on this site. Each has its own set of permissions and privileges.
- Public
- Non-registered use, free to access non-confidential pages and to request documents to be sent by email
- Delegate
- Registered event delegate, can access all resources relating to events he/she attended
- Nominee
- Registered subscriber nominated by the subscription manager at the authority - can access all areas of the site and receives Mailtalk discussion messages
- Manager
- The subscription manager at an authority can register new nominees and look after subscription details online
