EIP Conference
The first EIP Conference took place two years after the group was founded, in 1994. The 2007 event, in Birmingham, successfully brought together Business Improvement Managers and Customer Focus leads in a challenging day of intense activity.
The 2007 plenary programme was as follows:
- Developing our change strategy: Brigette Giles, Head of Resource Strategy, East Riding of Yorkshire Council
- Putting Social Capital at the heart of meeting Community Need: Rachel Roland, Centre for International Development, University of Wolverhampton
- Improving performance across the Council, Programme and Projects: Andrew Seekings, Head of Programme & Project Office, Sunderland MBC
- Getting leaner about Waste: Dr Carlton Brand, Director of Resources, Wiltshire CC
- Where we are going in Devon; a reality check on what we heard today: Judith Davey, Head of Organisational Development, Devon CC
