EiP Conference

The first EiP Conference took place two years after the group was founded, in 1994. The Conference has evolved into an event to bring all with experience in Customer Focus together with Business and Performance Improvement managers. Elected Members are always welcome.

The group has found that the quality of learning at our annual event is increased if we:

• Give time and space to a small number of main presenters
• Work in depth with them
• Network through the day by sharing learning
