EIP group members gave CDW the remit to launch national projects which no single authority would launch on its own but which would deliver added value to a group. This has resulted in Benchmarking in Community Information Services (BICIS) Phase One and Phase Two in conjunction with LGMB and the ISB funded Promoting Electronic Government (PEG) in conjunction with ODPM and I&DeA.
CDW has delivered the Final Report on Phase One of the Customer Focus Network project.
