CDW & Associates was established by Angus Doulton and Roger Wilson in 1991. We offer a small, highly qualified team that concentrates exclusively on all aspects of Customer Focussed transformation in the public sector.

CDW has worked with authorities from Cornwall to Aberdeenshire and from small Districts to Mets, London Boroughs and Counties. Angus Doulton has acted as facilitator of the EIP group since it was created in 1992 and we have established a network of national and international public & private sector contacts to help you.
