My authority wishes to subscribe to the EIP Group at a cost of £675 + VAT. Please invoice me.
When this form is processed, you will receive an invoice and a log-in identity for the members area of the web-site.
You will become the primary EIP contact for your authority and will then be able to add the names and contact details for up to four colleagues, using the online subscription administration facility.
